Rubbermaid had the perfect solution for a problem they didn't even know they had. After conducting research to market to young professionals I created a brief and presented it to the AdLab's Pitch Tank team. I managed a team of young creatives eager to take the brief. They developed social media ads to help eliminate food waste and motivate our audience to make a positive change. Our solution also gave them a stepping stone to balance their professional life by saving time and money on food expenses.
